Fun-Raising Nights:
As a way to help out our community, Electric Beanz Coffee Bar offers Fun-raising Nights!  Fun-raising Nights are available for nonprofit organizations.

The implementation of the fundraising event night is simple. Your non-profit organization will receive 15% of the sales (pre-tax), from the purchases of your supporters, on a pre-determined date and time.  The success of the event night relies on your promotional efforts and the strength of your supporting group. We recommend advertising your event at least two weeks in advance.  We can help you create your flyers to distribute to your supporters.  We will also post your event on our website.

On the day or night of your event, we will make certain that your supporters have a great experience!  Your non-profit organization is invited to come and take part at Electric Beanz by acting as celebrity Baristas and greeting customers.  Feel free to add entertainment to your event (must be pre-approved).  Your supporters can bring in a flyer to show they are with your group or simply let the cashier know.  We just need to be able to track the sales.

We will provide free drawings throughout the event to win Electric Beanz gift certificates! You can contribute promotional items to team up with our prizes as well.

Your organization will be permitted to have a donation jar at the cash register to encourage additional donations. We ask that you provide your own jars.

You may place a poster on our window a week prior to your event to advertise.

GIFT CARD SALES:
Electric Beanz also offers a program where your non-profit group can purchase Electric Beanz gift cards with a 15% discount.  Your organization sells the cards at full price and makes a profit. The gift cards can be used to purchase any items for sale in the coffee shop, including coffee beverages, smoothies, frappes, t-shirts, mugs, gift items, and bulk coffee beans.  The Electric Beanz gift cards never expire and unredeemed gift cards purchased by the non-profit organization, in new condition, may be returned for purchased value (Gift cards sold to supporters are not returnable).  Please call us at Electric Beanz for more details.
